The Egg Had to Come First

Media Event as Branding Boost


A nonprofit dedicated to connecting protein producers with people in need of nutrition through U.S. food banks needed to share its story on a wider scale and reach even more of these types of players, in order to expand distribution and help fight food insecurity more effectively. BLNKPG used a major food industry expo as the launch point to gather new industry partners and media attention in one place to crack open new opportunities for egg - and other meat protein - distribution markets nationwide. The event generated nearly a dozen print and broadcast news stories, but more importantly, enabled the nonprofit to introduce additional proteins in its distribution chain a full year ahead of schedule.
