Outline step-by-step for actions to launch

including timeline.

30-45 DAYS

Develop all necessary components to support the new brand :

  • Messaging hierarchy

  • Creative brief

  • Creative concepting

  • Creative brand components 

  • Channel planning (media, sales team, digital, etc.) 

15 DAYS

Finalize and lock version control. 

Provide specs, manage print. 

Set fulfillment plan in motion. 

Provide final digital and print-ready versions for internal use. 

Place media insertions per channel plan. 

10 DAYS

Assess metrics for media and digital.

Make necessary adjustments per feedback. 

Request qualitative feedback from sales team.

Develop on-going metric scorecards.
